Anchor Milk Powder is a full cream milk powder that dissolves instantly in cold water.  Mix it up, keep it in the fridge, and use Anchor Milk Powder just as you would use fresh milk.

Alternatively, dry Anchor Milk Powder is often used in breadmaker recipes.

Four tablespoons of Anchor Milk Powder equals one cup of fresh milk.  One 400g pack makes 3 litres of milk.

Choose from Whole Milk Powder or Skim Milk Powder, in a 400g pack, or 1 kg pack.
