Chelsea Golden Syrup
Chelsea Golden Syrup has been around since 1884.
The thick Golden Syrup is lighter than molasses, and thicker than maple syrup. We use it to sweeten some baked cakes and desserts, make toffees and hokey pokey, in marinades, and to sweeten our Weetbix.
The 1 kg tin lasts a long time in most households.
Golden Syrup is also now available in a 540g easy-pour bottle.

Here's a photo of the Hokey Pokey cookies that our customer Yuko in Japan made with the Golden Syrup we sent her, with the aid of the Edmonds Cookbook. And her son enjoying the baking!
