This gorgeous collectible Kiwi toy is one of a set of 6 seated Kiwi, and is called Ponga.

Ponga Kiwi is a black and bright green plush Kiwi toy, with the Maori Koru design stitched on his face, bottom and tummy with lime coloured thread.  Note the bright green long fur/feathers, which gives him somewhat of a punk appearance.  Lots of fun! 

Tane is the Maori name for a type of tree fern.  Ponga loves rushing around on the forest floor.  He blends in really well with the environment with his ddark colours and long green feathers.  His favourite place to hang out is under the New Zealand tree fern known as a Ponga tree.

Lovely and soft, he looks great sitting with the rest of the set, and is approximately 6 1/2" (17cm).
