ORDERING
If you click on the title of
the product group or item you are interested in, you will
then view a page with more information, its price and
picture. You can then click on Add this item to the
order. This will create a Your
Order box at the top of the screen. You can
continue to browse around the site, adding items to your
order.
When you have finished
shopping, click on the Go to the
Checkout button. Here you can remove items, select a
freight method, and then click on the Finish the
order button.
This will take you to a screen
where you enter your name and address details, and where you
choose how you wish to pay - either by Visa or Mastercard, or
by the many other options that follow ( for which you choose
the Contact you regarding payment details
option).

TIMES
We ship to all countries in
the world. If an order is urgent you are encouraged to
email us before you order, advising the date it is needed by.
We will contact you back to tell you whether or not we expect
to be able to get it there by that date. We will give you our
honest opinion but will not take responsibility for orders
not arriving by required dates.
SHIPPING METHODS
International Air Post
Orders to
destinations outside New
Zealand are shipped by priority International Air Post, which we
find very reliable. The average delivery time is 4 -
10 working days, depending on destination. For instance,
it takes about 4 days for a shipment
to reach Australia, 7 days to the UK, and 10
days to reach the middle and eastern states of the
USA. Please allow approximately 15 working days if
you live in European nations, and up to a month for South American
destinations.
NB: Postal shipping times
extend out at Christmastime so we recommend ordering Christmas gifts by the end
of November, or choosing a Courier option if ordering during December.
Because shipping times are beyond our control, we take no responsibility for
shipping times to any country.
International Courier
If you want the security of Track and
Trace and a speedy delivery, the International Courier option is for you.
Targeted delivery time is 1-5 working days. Delivery not available to Post
Office boxes. The international carrier is DHL.
International Economy Courier
This is a new in 2007 service from
the same company we use for International Courier. Targeted delivery time
is 2-6 working days, it's a door-to-door service, and is available to the
following locations: Australia, Canada, China, Hong Kong, South Korea,
Singapore, Taiwan, USA, Ireland, and UK. Delivery CAN be to a post
office box. The international carrier is DHL.
There is a UPS agent in a nearby city, so that is an extra option, and we also now deal with
TNT.
INSURANCE
Insurance is provided FREE on parcels up to the value of
US$100. Above that level, insurance is US$10. Please advise
us here
if you require this.
CUSTOMS/ CLEARANCE
CHARGES
You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are
levied to the purchaser or recipient once the package reaches
the destination. From experience, this is particularly so in
Canada and Europe. We have no control over these charges and
cannot predict which customers or shipments will be subject
to the charges. We therefore accept no responsibility for any
duties or taxes charged and we will not alter our
documentation in order to defraud these
agencies.
RETURNS
We want you to be happy with your
purchase. If you're not, let us know! In most cases we can arrange for an
exchange or a refund of the purchase price.
