With the Edmonds Pavlova Magic, anyone can try their hand at making a pavlova!

All you need is:

• 1 Pavlova Magic Dessert Mix
• 130g castor (superfine) sugar (4.6oz)
• 140ml water (4.7 fl oz)

Pavlova Magic is very easy to make.  Simply combine the mixture and water in a large bowl.  Beat with an electric mixer, adding castor sugar slowly.  Pile onto baking tray and bake.  Serve cold, decorated with cream and fruit.

Makes a pavlova about 20cm around (8") and 6cm high (2 3/8").  Detailed recipe instructions are inside the pack.
