I think this Maori "Haere Mai Everything is Kapai" Welcome Sign should grace every home in New Zealand.  And abroad.  It's just lovely.  I would love to see it in every New Zealand Embassy and Consulate around the world.

"Haere Mai, Everything is Kapai" means "Welcome! Everything is good!".  The words form the beginning of a New Zealand song composed in 1952.  It's a sweet song, easy to sing.
