Well the DVDs aren't old but some of the series are.  The NZ childrens classic TV series"Under the Mountain" is now available on DVD , as are childrens stories from a renowned NZ Childrens
author, the DVD aptly called "The Magical World of Margaret Mahy".  For drama there's Piece of my Heart, starring Keisha Castle-Hughes, and for Steam Train buffs, there is the Chasing China's Chariots of Fire DVD.  And the Ice DVD follows Marcus Lush to Antarctica.

News from New Zealand
On Sunday 14th March, Aucklander Shaun Quincey completed his epic 53-day journey, rowing
single-handedly from Australia to New Zealand and ending up on 90 Mile Beach.  Looking
remarkably fit and well, he beat his father's record of 63 days for the reverse journey, set in
1977. 

Fascinating, not deadly, but a reminder that things could get a lot worse one day.  I shot some footage of the effects of the Feb 28th tsunami ( from the earthquake in Chile) on the Tutukaka
