This thick Mens Plated Cable Sweater with crossover neck is made from New Zealand's luxury Merino Possum Silk yarn.  Plating is a knitting technique that knits two yarns on top of each, resulting in the striped effect on the collar, cable and cuffs. 

The Possum Silk Cable Sweater is available in 2 sizes and sizes Small to 2XL.

This natural blend of 50% Superfine Merino Lambswool, 40% Possum Fur and 10% Silk combines strength, warmth and resilience to give you unparalleled comfort and luxury.

This extremely lightweight garment is warmer than wool, incredibly soft against the skin ( no itch!), and resistant to dirt. The hollow Possum Fur fibre is what holds in the extra body heat, is smooth and soft, and works to stop dirt clinging to the garment.

And by purchasing this garment you are helping us eradicate the Australian Brush Tailed Possum, a pest introduced in the 1800s. This introduced animal chews through our native forest and kills our native birds, especially the endangered Kiwi bird. So thank you for helping to save the kiwi!
