Jandal Socks are fairly new to New Zealand, but have been in Japan since the 16th century. Clever people! Here we were in New Zealand, freezing our toes off in winter, when we could have been wearing Japanese Tabi socks with our jandals!
Jandal or Flip-flop Socks are super-comfortable to wear and a great way of showing off the Kiwi and the Silver Fern. The Jandal Socks are a dark greeny-grey colour, with caramel coloured Kiwis and White fern leaves. "New Zealand" is knitted into the top band.
