UK Womens 4 = Euro 37 = US Womens 5 1/2
UK Womens 5 = Euro 38 = US Womens 6 1/2
UK Womens 6 = Euro 39 = US Womens 7 1/2
UK Womens 7 = Euro 40 = US Womens 8 1/2 = US Mens 7 1/2
UK Womens 8 = Euro 42 = US Womens 9 1/2 = US Mens 8 1/2
UK Womens 9 = Euro 43 = US Womens 10 1/2 = US Mens 9 1/2
UK Womens 10 = Euro 44 = US Womens 11 1/2 = US Mens 10 1/2

If you are a US Womens whole size I recommend going down a half size as the fit is generous. e.g. if you are a US Womens 8, order the UK Womens 6 (US Womens 7 1/2). If you are a US Mens whole size, we recommend purchasing the equivalent half-size e.g. if you are a US Mens 9, purchase the US Mens 9 1/2 (UK 9). If I'm wrong, I'll happily exchange for free.
