Handmade in Tauranga, New Zealand, these two glazed ceramic Nikau Palms can be wall hung either inside or outside.
The large Nikau is 7 3/4" (20cm) long and its smaller version is 6 3/8" (16cm) long. They would look fabulous hung together on walls or doors, or attached to large plant pots, letterboxes....just use your imagination. They will bring New Zealand home to you.
The Nikau, New Zealand's only native palm, is found in New Zealand's magnificent native bush. The word Nikau means "many leaves from one stalk". Maori used the Nikau as a building material and for both food and medicinal purposes.
