I just love my new Pohutukawa Tote Bag - it's going with me to the beach and out shopping. It's the epitome of summer, especially for Kiwis, cos we associate the Pohutukawa with summertime. When they bloom along our coastline in November/ December, we know Christmas is just around the corner, and that the beach is beckoning. And this isn't just any ol' Pohutukawa design. The design was actually created by New Zealand artist Eion Bryant. Eion is a New Zealnad artist best known for his popular coastal images using the vibrant acrylic medium. Represented by a number of New Zealand art galleries, Eion is a 3 times Telecom Art Awards finalist and has exhibited in group exhibitions including Artworks at the Hilton, Art Fusion, Arts Desire, Art of this World, and the New Gallery. What a wonderful gift for Kiwis to give to all their rellies and Kiwi friends overseas. It's sure to make them homesick, and hopefully draw them back to Aotearoa. And this lovely Pohutukawa Tote Bag would brighten anyone's world. The Pohutukawa Tote Bag is generously sized. It measures 16 1/4" (41.5cm) wide x 13 1/4" (33.5cm) long x 4 3/4" (12cm) deep. It is fully lined, with an internal pocket. And it matches the Pohutukawa Umbrella and Pohutukawa Silk Scarf.
