Waha Wera ( Maori for " burnt mouth"!) Kiwifruit and Habanero Sauce is not for the fainthearted.
The main ingredients in Waha Wera sauce are Habanero, the world's hottest peppers ( grown in the Far North of New Zealand), mixed with Kiwifruit and Manuka Honey. So it is a hot, sweet sauce.
Kiwifruit are renowned for their high levels of Vitamin C, and Manuka Honey for its antibacterial properties.
So you could say this is a health food!
