But what if it breaks?

We pack our parcels so carefully it is unlikely anything will break, but just in case your parcel gets put underneath a truck by a postal worker gone mad, our 365-day money back guarantee will cover that. Just get in touch, and we'll arrange a replacement.

What if it doesn't fit?

We work closely with all our customers to ensure that the correctly sized garment is shipped. But if you do receive a pair of sheepskin slippers or boots or Merino Possum Silk gloves or sweater that doesn't fit, we'll be happy to exchange sizes. Shipping the second garment back to you is FREE.
